Fantasy Alert
Terms of Use
Last updated September 29, 2026
These are the terms for using Fantasy Alert, at FantasyAlert.com and in the Fantasy Alert app. By using it you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
What Fantasy Alert is
Fantasy Alert relays fantasy football news as fast as we can, and always says who reported it. It is made by eDraft. It is not a betting or gambling service, and it is not affiliated with the NFL, any team, or any of the reporters and outlets it cites.
The news
- Alerts come from public posts and pages by reporters, teams and news desks. We label how official each one is: Confirmed, Report or Observed. A report can turn out to be wrong, and when a source corrects a story the alert updates.
- The impact score, the projections, the rankings and the player cards are our own estimates. They will sometimes be wrong. Lineup decisions are yours.
- We do not guarantee that any alert arrives, or arrives in time. Do not rely on Fantasy Alert alone for anything that carries a deadline.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to use Fantasy Alert, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- It is the same account as eDraft. One person, one account.
- You are responsible for what is posted under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.
Comments, reactions and personas
- Comments are public. Keep them about football. Nothing hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or unlawful, and no impersonating reporters, players or other people.
- Your alias and persona must follow the same rules.
- Any reader can report a comment or block another person from the comment's menu. A reported comment disappears for you at once, and you stop seeing anything from someone you block.
- We look at every report within 24 hours. Comments that break these rules are removed, and the person who posted them can be suspended. Repeat offenders lose access.
- You keep the rights to what you write, and you give us permission to show it in the app and on FantasyAlert.com.
Availability and changes
Fantasy Alert is provided as is. We aim to keep it running, especially on game days, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. It is free, with no ads.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, eDraft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fantasy league outcomes affected by a late, missing, or mistaken alert.
Ending things
You can stop using Fantasy Alert at any time and delete your account through eDraft. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The sections about the news and about liability survive.
